Foshan YMD Aluminum Factory was founded in 2006. We are specialized in aluminum extrusion and aluminum products with a space of 16000 square meters and with manpower of more than 200 people.

We are equipped with 2 casting production lines and 5 extrusion lines. We can achieve a monthly output of 1000 tons or above.

We export globally, with high quality, sturdy and high purity aluminum tubes for furniture, window & door, vehicle, home appliances, gym equipments, electronics, communication equipments and machinery. With the use of the latest extrusion technology, our company requires a highly trained labor force. We consider the training of the staff of strategic importance. All kinds of training courses especially technical courses are provided on a regular basis.

With intensive quality control, YMD meets ISO9001:2000 system standard. We apply AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) into all stages, ranging from IQC (Incoming QC), IPQC (In-Process QC), FQC (Final QC) and OQC (Outgoing QC). Each Quality Check is properly filed for easy reference and tracking.

We can fulfill various designs and patterns, not only on thickness, profile, surface look/color but also on shape and texture. A proven fact is that we launch more than 500 molds on a daily basis. We have ongoing aluminum rods in stock to ensure the shortest production lead time, and meet tight deadlines and ship quickly with uncompromising quality assurance. YMD also maintains a sufficient stock of core range aluminum tubes for immediate delivery.

We attach sufficient importance to fire prevention. All our production and warehousing areas are fully equipped with anti-fire devices. We also have best practice of HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) to minimize incidents and accidents. We keep a close eye on our product's environmental impact (100% recyclable), and diligently foster a caring and safe work environment for our workers on three shifts.
